About the Message Board and moderating posts

All messages are now able to be posted direct onto the forum boards - however, moderators are still monitoring the messages and will remove any that can identify a person, contain obscene language or slander anyone. If we believe a message is innapropriate for any reason we will remove in the first instance and an administrator will contact the author to discuss the situation. If possible the team will try to ensure the message is reposted in a more appropriate manner.

Please remember the Message Board team is only human. We may post messages in error or there may be technical problems that are out of our control. We ask all Message Board Users to be patient; we always try and resolve problems as quickly as possible.

We will email you if we need to make any changes to your post or if we do not accept it for posting.

Be patient with other users. Users of all ages and abilities will be using this Message Board including people new to the internet.

About your privacy

We will not post messages that identify you to other users of the Board. However, Crossroads Norfolk Carers Helpline does keep identifying information about you and we will use this to inform you when we have edited or deleted a message.
